ActivPak® (LS) pouches offer a new technology of Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI) combined with Volatile Flash Corrosion Inhibitor (FCI™) to protect ferrous and aluminum metals in enclosed spaces. This combination goes to work in minutes to protect against both flash rust and long-term corrosion with its progressive VCI chemistry. Test before use on copper, brass or zinc. Do not place in direct contact or use more than recommended. ActivPak® (LS) inhibitors form an invisible shield that provides powerful corrosion protection. The protective layer formed by the ActivPak® (LS) leaves no residue and does not need to be removed prior to welding or painting. ActivPak® (LS) has been tested at over 100 times the recommended corrosion protection concentration and the results reveal no hydrogen embrittlement of the protected metal.

Types of protection: Protection of ferrous metals and certain types of aluminum. Consult us for copper, brass or zinc.
Duration of protection: Can protect metals for up to 1 year if ActivPak® (LS) is properly placed in an enclosed space.
Limit air exchange in the enclosed space to maximize protection time.
Storage: 2 years if ActivPak® (LS) is stored in a dark place and in its original packaging. Store at a temperature of 35°C or below. Product swells if exposed to high temperatures.
