Valeno® corrosion protection film is made from polyethylene and active VCI molecules integrated into the polymer matrix. Active on both sides.

RATIO BETWEEN VCI AND SURFACE TO BE PROTECTED:
1 m² of film can protect up to 10 m² of metal surface. The ratio between VCI and surface to be protected varies depending on certain factors (such as packaging design, logistics processes, pre-treatment of parts, etc.). Therefore, prior technical consultation may be necessary. Our technical support team will be happy to advise you.

FORMATION OF THE PROTECTIVE LAYER:
Approximately two hours for a hermetically sealed package of 1 m³ at 20 °C. The closer the product is to the VCI source, the shorter the time required to form the protective layer.
