Zerust® Excor® Valeno® Layertray consists of a polyethylene corrosion protection film with VCI active ingredients incorporated into the polymer matrix. It is odorless, abrasion resistant, and has good aging resistance. Materials such as corrugated cardboard, molded fibers, and various plastics can be used as substrates for the film.

DOSAGE:
1 m² of film can protect up to 10 m² of metal surface. The VCI/surface area ratio varies depending on certain factors (such as packaging design, logistics processes, pre-treatment of parts, etc.). Therefore, prior technical consultation may be necessary. Our technical support team will be happy to advise you.

DURATION OF EFFECTIVENESS:
Up to one year if the instructions for use are followed. Long-term corrosion protection for up to 15 years is possible if the instructions for use and specific logistical and packaging requirements are followed.

STORAGE:
Zerust® Excor® Valeno® Layertray can be stored for up to one year under normal storage conditions and protected from direct sunlight, moisture, and contamination.
